Jam

I get very excited when I drive down a certain road in Davis County. I get even more excited when I see the word CHERRIES! Raspberries! Apricots!
After purchasing several fruit types this year, I decided that I would make jam. Freezer Jam, being that we have a big freezer, and nothing more to can and store with.
As you can see, I think I have made my year's supply... If I keep it!
Apricot, Raspberry, Strawberry.
I also made a few pies and crisps from fresh cherries! I bought a cherry pitter rationalizing that this is my second year at fresh cherry pies and I could make more with a pitter.
As September and August approach I look forward to making peach jam and applesauce!
